Delightful boutique hotel just outside the old town area. Modern rooms and facilities. Our village deluxe room had a balcony looking over the street. Very big bathroom with all the amenities you need. Good shower as well as bathtub, lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast with choices of western and Vietnamese food, egg station etc. Affordable laundry service. Special offers on massages and great happy hours at night. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Always helpful. Plenty of restaurants close by and along the river. Just a five minute walk to the old town area. PERFECT!

From the moment we arrived to our departure the staff were exceptional. The welcome drink was delicious, (Cosy An secret recipe). Our room was light, spacious and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely and we were invited to use this and other facilities free of charge after checkout (our flight was in the evening). It was the staff that made our stay most memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. We were warmly great each time we returned to the hotel for the day, they helped us organise a scooter from a reputable company with not hotel markup and had useful tips on anything we enquired about. A wonderful stay and would recommend.

The whole hotel is immaculate, the staff are well trained and are attentive to all your needs. The breakfast was wide and varied and extremely delicious. Even the room service was excellent

We have been to Hoi An 3 times before.This is by far the best hotel and customer service.From the moment we checked in to the taxi departure we had amazing service,the best in all our world travels. Our room was amazing with a lovely riverview. Very airy and light and large.Hairdryer was powerful,bed comfortable,free good working bikes which we rode into town many times a day.Pool was cool and both sun and shade.Room service quick and tasty.We got a free airport pickup and free cocktails,and lunch. The staff Stella,Bella,Huy and Uyen our room cleaner,excellent customer service to you all,you all made our stay unforgettable.Little extras like book swapping,loved the quirky kettle. Wifi was good. Loved the crispy bacon at breakfast,great variety.
