We have been to Hoi An 3 times before.This is by far the best hotel and customer service.From the moment we checked in to the taxi departure we had amazing service,the best in all our world travels. Our room was amazing with a lovely riverview. Very airy and light and large.Hairdryer was powerful,bed comfortable,free good working bikes which we rode into town many times a day.Pool was cool and both sun and shade.Room service quick and tasty.We got a free airport pickup and free cocktails,and lunch. The staff Stella,Bella,Huy and Uyen our room cleaner,excellent customer service to you all,you all made our stay unforgettable.Little extras like book swapping,loved the quirky kettle. Wifi was good. Loved the crispy bacon at breakfast,great variety.

The shared downstairs area was ideal for getting work done, and the pool area was always clean and inviting. The breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the servers and housekeeping—was genuinely friendly and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to Stella, who went above and beyond to make our stay especially memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend Cosy An to everyone we know!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely and we were invited to use this and other facilities free of charge after checkout (our flight was in the evening). It was the staff that made our stay most memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. We were warmly great each time we returned to the hotel for the day, they helped us organise a scooter from a reputable company with not hotel markup and had useful tips on anything we enquired about. A wonderful stay and would recommend.
