Hanah, the receptionist, welcomed us and allowed us to use the pool area to freshen up because they had been fully booked the day before. She also coordinated with the cleaning staff and got the room ready by 12, for us to have a much needed shower. Everyday, the room was cleaned up well and linens were fresh. We looked forward to returning to our hotel every day. On the last day, my sister had contracted food poisoning. Bella was incredibly empathetic and also gave us the contact details of a reputable local doctor. Thank you so much for the hospitality and warmth you’ve shown us, Cozy Hotel. We will definitely be back.

The bathroom offered both a bathtub and shower with multiple settings. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of western and local food.
